Great mix of technical and soft skills Despite providing a comprehensive overview of the practical skills required in the tech sales industry, this was not the greatest strength of the Earlywork Tech Sales course. Where the course truly excelled was in it’s teachings of soft skills. Understanding how to brand yourself and effectively present this in an interview is crucial. This extends beyond the tech sales field and is invaluable across all professional career paths. The course offers so many unique insights around enhancing your soft skills, from active listening to mastering the art of storytelling in interviews. These skills are not just about landing a job but are also important qualities to possess in the tech sales industry. Having instructors who are experienced in this area is so important, as they were able to provide the context on how these skills would be applied in a practical way relevant to the job. This tied everything together in a way that was much easier to understand, despite the overload of content in just 3 weeks. Great work!
The instructors are really passionate about helping you succeed. Sometimes the classes move pretty fast, but they're pretty good at implementing feedback so I don't think this would be an issue for much longer. They provide you a ton of support after the 3 weeks to find a role, continually checking in, offering practice interviews with feedback so you get more comfortable in your interviews and get the role. If you want to get into tech sales, but you lack the experience, you cant go wrong with these people. They make it as convenient and as low risk as possible. I'm not sure what I would be doing if it wasn't for these guys, this course was essential for me.
When I made the decision to join tech sales, my inital job hunt was fruitless. I had no idea what the role entailed and no experience to back me. I was at a loss until I found Earlywork. At first, I was hesitant and thought it could be a scam since it seemed too good to be true that they were helping people from all types of backgrounds like me land a tech sales role with zero experience. Now, I'm super grateful that I took the leap and successfully landed a role with their help. It took a few months for me to get there since my interview skills weren't great after 8 years at one company, but without Earlywork I don't think I could've succeeded at all. Not only did they provide valuable lessons about tech sales and the opportunity to get hands-on experience doing prospecting & cold calling, but they gave tools to effectively create my CV & LinkedIn, polish my interview skills, and streamline my job hunt process so I could experience how SDRs manage their pipelines. Beyond Earlywork, I further developed my learning with other resources and made lots of connections from which I received mentorship. This was only possible because Earlywork gave a solid foundation to grow from, shared ways to keep learning, and gave me the courage to build essential networking skills. Most important is the coaching and support I received from them (shoutout to Emylyn and Maddy!) and from fellow Earlyworkers who reached out thanks to the community they've built. I've felt their immense support from Day 1 to landing a role and beyond. The tools and help are endless, but it's up to you to make the most out of it and put in the hard work.
Earlywork run a great program and really follow through. The team was always accommodating and would go the extra mile to help you succeed. There might still be work to do to help people's different styles of learning but it is clear that they are continuously improving their offering. I'd recommend them to anyone that is really serious about getting into the industry.

Earlywork was crucial for me landing an SDR role. It taught me not just how to land the job, but also what to expect in the role. Really Solid Course! It went through all the fundamentals of Tech Sales and Job Search strategy, I learnt a lot about the industry. Only downside is the total cost once you land a job, which is a bit steep in my opinion.
I had my doubts at first because it seemed almost too good to be true but I thought why not give it a shot. This is definitely one of the best learning experiences I have invested in within the past few years. Not only is the content solid but the whole team are so dedicated to your learning and improvement, they are constantly able to give you feedback and help you with whatever you need. These people care about you. They want to see you win just as much as you do. Mentors and Tutors will gladly stay back 30 mins + after class just to give you peace of mind if you had any questions. Sessions are taught in a casual but still, highly informative format in a way which doesn't make me wanna sleep unlike SOME of my braindead 2-3 hour Uni lectures. Smaller cohorts encourage discussion and doesn't make the learning experience that daunting. Overall, you'll feel comfortable and good learning valuable skills with a team of people who care about you!
The instructors and coaches are super helpful, the learning process was very insightful and easy to understand! If I had to learn about how SDRs and BDRs work from the start I would definitely pick Earlywork again!

The course focuses mainly on the Tech Sales Industry and what the role requirements are for an SDR (Sales Development Representative), which is the entry level role for a Tech Sales career. They also give you an overview of what roles one can then be promoted into, however this can depend on the company. With a range of partners and industry contacts + a suite of alumni you are met with a plethora of new and seasoned experience levels which provide a holistic understanding of what to expect in the course and the subsequent job search & interviews. It is a great vehicle for those looking to pivot careers or move into an industry that is booming and offers great financial and career incentives for successful candidates.

All the content from the lectures was structured in a logical way. The interactive nature of the tutes was great because you get to apply what you learn in a group zoom setting. Emlyn helped get me get everything schmick in terms of my CV, Linkedin and intro video. Without Earlywork I would not of landed a tech sales role so soon. Kudos to the team they are all lovely human beings.

Landed a tech sales role within a month of joining EarlyWork Academy. This program has everything you need to succeed in tech sales and more. The academy itself teaches you all the necessary skills such as cold calling and prospecting. But after that you get introduced to partnered companies and progress straight to an interview with them rather than having to apply. I managed to secure a role after only 1 interview thanks to an introduction from Jono. EarlyWork is the real deal 💯.

A well structured and well rounded introduction into the world of tech sales. As someone with zero SaaS or sales experience heading into the program, I can say wholeheartedly that it is worth every dollar, and in my case has worked out better than I could have hoped.
