We vet the top 5% of applicants through three stages of screening and training.

After helping 300+ reps start business sales careers, we created Five Junior Sales Dimensions based on the common traits of top performers.

We assess applicants through a group interview, vocational challenge with real cold calls and 1:1 assessments.

Prepare

We set up reps with a clear pathway to start strong in the role and build long-term success in sales.

To do this, we help them craft their career vision with dedicated 1:1 career coaching.

Alongside this, we train reps in a baseline of sales skills and cultivate the mindset to be hungry from day one.

Hire

We shortlist reps for tailored introductions within 24-48 hours on our Partner Platform.

Our profiles feature a short introduction video and brief summary based on their program engagement, helping you make a fast 360 assessment.

Onboard

We partner with you to help your new reps ramp faster.

Reps go through additional training in calling technique, a custom library of sales resources and access to our in-house sales coaches.

Alongside this, we support managers with 1:1 checkins to help identify and resolve any rep challenges that arise.
