We’ve created 25 questions that map back to each of the five Junior Sales Dimensions. Based on your answers to these questions, it will determine a score for each dimension which in turn, generates a “Yes” or “No” answer to whether or not sales is for you.
We have five Junior Sales Dimensions:
1️⃣ Motivation: Grading whether or not your "why" for work is aligned with sales.
2️⃣ Resilience: Grading how you view and deal with setbacks in life.
3️⃣ Confidence: Grading your self-belief and ability to think on your feet.
4️⃣ Emotional Intelligence: Grading how well naturally you show an interest in others.
5️⃣ Verbal Communication: Grading your energy and cogency in delivery.
After helping 300+ Aussies switch into business sales, we've learnt a lot about what makes a high performing salesperson who also enjoys their role.
To formalise these learnings, we analysed the top performing alumni for key traits they exhibited and found that Motivation, Resilience, Confidence, Emotional Intelligent and Verbal Communication were all apparent.
