Nick Pringle and Reuben George are currently SDR managers at impact.com and Crowdstrike respectively.
Coming from hospitality and engineering backgrounds, they both got their start in tech as SDRs (where you’re heading!) and had successful tenures, having stayed in the space for the last 8 years.
Today, their day-to-day roles are focused on hiring SDRs for their companies and setting them up for success.
They bring their own personal stories and modern training techniques into the sessions.
*Each Earlywork Academy cohort has one lead instructor. As such, Nick and Reuben alternate in ownership.
Earlywork Academy runs a three-week intensive program that has nine sessions. These are held between Monday-Wednesday during the 7-9PM evening slot AEDT.
Beyond this, you will have weekly sessions with your career coach who will work with you to maximise your chances of landing a role as soon as possible.
